Join us for snacks and a welcome cocktail at the bar, followed by a five course meal. All inspired by and incorporating locally dstilled gin and vermouth from  Green Hat Gin and Capitoline Vermouth . Menu details coming soon.

EVENT DETAILS:

Tuesday, April 30th at 7pm. Representatives from Green Hat Gin and Capitoline Vermouth will join guests at the table to talk answer questions and talk about their process.

MENU:

Raw Oysters with fennel, green tomato and Spring/Summer Gin mignonette, garnished with micro shiso

Beet, Dill, Juniper & Aronia Gin cured Ora King Salmon served on rye lace

Celtuce poached in beef consume & Rose Vermouth, garnished with horseradish and micro celery

Pan Fried NY Strip Steak, fried oyster mushrooms and a quail egg served with ramp green and sunchoke puree
*Paired with The Naglfar (fat washed eau de brau, dry vermouth, aged bitters)

Where can I purchase a ticket? Our Reservations page will allow you to purchase a ticket through Resy.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? The minimum age for this event is 21.

What does the ticket price include? The cost of your ticket includes a welcome cocktail, a pre-dinner snack, and dinner. Additional beverages will be available at an additional cost.

Can you accomodate dietary restrictions? Yes, we are happy to accomodate your dietary restrictions. Please email [email protected] when you purchase your ticket.

What's the refund policy? Tickets are non-refundable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You do not need to bring your ticket to the event.
