Local Beer & Cheese Pairing Class

ABOUT THE CLASS:

Back in January we launched our cheese program at Sally's. Since then we have featured some pretty awesome American made cheeses in our twist on the traditional cheese plate. This class will highlight a few new artisanal cheeses in a fun way: paired with beer!

For the month of June Gary (our Beverage Director) will be bringing to the bar some exciting and rare local beer offerings. Using this expanded menu of beer, Melissa (our GM and resident Cheesemonger) will be leading the class through the fun stories behind these beers, and pairing them with some equally as interesting and unique cheeses.

EVENT DETAILS:

The class will feature four local craft beers with four artisanal cheeses. It will be held in the upstairs Sally's space and run for about one hour of sipping, eating, and learning about these tasty treats. 

When: Wednesday, June 27th at 7pm 

Where: Sally's Middle Name, 1320 H Street NE

Where can I purchase a ticket? Our Reservations page will allow you to purchase a ticket through Resy.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? The minimum age for this event is 21.

What does the ticket price include? The cost of your ticket includes a welcome cocktail, a pre-dinner snack, and dinner. Additional beverages will be available at an additional cost.

Can you accomodate dietary restrictions? Yes, we are happy to accomodate your dietary restrictions. Please email [email protected] when you purchase your ticket.

What's the refund policy? Tickets are non-refundable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You do not need to bring your ticket to the event.

Is my ticket transferable? Yes, but we ask that you please give us as much advance notice as possible to accommodate any dietary restrictions they might have.
